The Winter Share starts immediately after the summer share ends and runs through mid-February. Share pick ups are generally every other week (as opposed to every week like the summer share). The first two shares are the most similar to the summer share as we are still harvesting from the fields. These shares still typically include tender greens like lettuces and spinach. There are 8 shares total and will be the size of the typical summer Farm Share and should be sufficient to last 2 weeks before your next pick up.

The vegetables may include (but are not limited to) carrots, beets, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, garlic, leeks, kale, brussels sprouts, cabbage, celery, winter squash, even more winter roots, greens, lettuce, broccoli, and possibly others, depending on the bounty of the season as well as some dried and fermented goods.

The Winter season share must be picked up during regular pick up hours. The cost for the Winter Share is $240 and is due at time of sign up.
